This sweet Labrador Retriever was born in France in 2017, the year of the "N," so his owner named him Nicky. His owner drove 400 miles from his home in Nice to acquire a black puppy from a breeder who lived in the mountains between France and Switzerland. Nicky's favorite pastime is stealing shoes and daring you to catch him! One of his most memorable moments was at the beach as a puppy, where he playfully grabbed a bag full of valuables and made his owner chase him relentlessly to get it back, much to the amusement of everyone around. In spite of his mischief, Nicky is a loyal companion who joins in on all of life's adventures, whether it's sailing, hiking, or attending Red Cross meetings, where he sits proudly next to his owner, charming everyone with his smile. Nicky is truly a dog whose personality is all about love.
