Ziggy is a Husky/German Shepherd mix, named in honor of David Bowie, who also had one blue and one brown eye. Ziggy was rescued from an animal shelter. His dad saw his photo on a rescue website, and four hours later Ziggy was in his forever home. He ia an incredibly friendly, gentle and patient dog, who is especially empathic with children. When not working for Love On 4 Paws, Ziggy enjoys running and play-wrestling at the local dog park, hiking in Santa Monica Mountains, and trying to coax his older sister to play. A favorite treat is corn-on-the-cob because it starts out as a snack and becomes a toy.
