My name is Thomas Jeter (homage to Derek Jeter) Rayor. My mommy loves New York was shopping there on spring break. She saw a sign "Puppies & Kittens" at a pet store and just had to stop. She was only going to look. The next thing I knew, I was flying to California. She took me to visit everyone, including Grandma Cathy. I enjoyed making everyone smile, while they petted and cuddled me. That's when mommy decided that it was time for us to volunteer with LO4Ps. We both love & cherish our visits.
