We adopted Toby from Downey shelter when he was about 5 months old. He was owner-surrendered and very fearful, but we could see his gentle spirit. Once he settled in, he discovered a love for plush toys, burying chew toys in the yard, and games of race-and-chase with his twin human sisters. Toby gives expert high-fives and loves people, making him a great therapy dog!
