Unwanted by a breeder because of a congenital heart defect, Jackson went to a rescue group, where he was scheduled for surgery. Five days after surgery at 4 1/2 months old, he was adopted into a new home where he could run and play for the first time in his life. He loves to sunbathe and run in the grass, prefers city sidewalks to country roads, and likes charcoal biscuits best. Jackson is a good listener, always happy, but happiest with people. He loves his job with Love On 4 Paws!
