The first things people notice about Joe are his crystal blue eyes and captivating good looks. Whether he’s running along the beach, zooming around an agility course, or performing tricks for hospital patients, he does everything with total joy and exuberance. He’ll smile at you and then steal your socks (which he takes to the laundry basket), or he’ll lie on the bed and cuddle for hours. His zest for life is what makes him special and what makes everyone in his presence smile and feel better.
